Robyn was an absolute rockstar and a lifesaver. She really saved the day by communicating with the vendors and securing a tent for the VERY unexpected rain on the wedding day. She was communicative, friendly, punctual, organized, helpful, and all around an irreplaceable necessity on our big day. She was always willing to pickup the phone and talk things through even before the week of the wedding she made sure my husband and I ate and stayed hydrated. She also made our table number signs that were so adorable !!we couldn’t have had such a beautiful wedding without her. We are forever grateful for Robyn!! Easily 10/10

Our wedding was beyond our greatest expectations because of Robyn. She was sooo on top of things! She understood my vision and went beyond just day of coordinating. We had about a month to plan our wedding because of pivots we had to take from Covid restrictions. I started out very stressed, but when I spoke with Robyn, all of my stress seemed to melt away! From our first conversation to the very end of our wedding, Robyn was there to help every step of the way. My guests kept even commenting on how awesome she was and how amazing everything turned out! We do plan to have a bigger celebration when things open up, and we have already decided she will be our new go-to for us! Thank you again, Robyn! Our wedding was definitely Rockin' because of you!

Robyn did an excellent job of planning my daughter’s 2nd daughter. She made our day. She was patient with us with all our last minute requests and made sure we have everything we need. Robyn was a life saver for my wife's 50th birthday - she came into the process and all we had was location and band - 8 weeks before the event! She was instrumental in pulling off what guests called "the party of the century". Her team was so wonderful to work with - and we had rain, and nothing rattled her. I was worried about the distance since we are in Marin - but it had zero impact on the event and planning. Her team went up and beyond to make this event memorable for everyone! Call them ASAP!

Robyn was outstanding for my wedding. First I contacted her last minute when another coordinator did not work out. She was so kind and helpful. She helped me feel assured from the moment I hired her. She helped me organize my vendors worked with my venue helped me with my timeline put together my decorations created my wedding seating chart Twice, and dealt with all the craziness the day of my wedding.
