Had an amazing experience working with Glitter and Twine for my dad's birthday! Went above and beyond my expectations. The balloon arches and displays are beautiful, and all the other decorations and ideas she had were a pleasant surprise. Looks incredibly professional and makes planning easy, 10/10 recommend

Robyn did an excellent job of planning my daughter’s 2nd daughter. She made our day. She was patient with us with all our last minute requests and made sure we have everything we need. Her decoration was way beyond our expectation and I just could not take my eyes off. Thank you Robyn for making our daughter’s day extremely special

Robyn helped decorate the venue for my daughter’s second birthday. She was a pleasure to work with. She shared her ideas about backdrop design based on the theme and got it ready in time for the party. She is very sincere about her work and truly enjoys what she does. She also bartended at the party and was pretty good at it. She ensured that everybody was having a good time and was very friendly with the kids as well! I would definitely hire Robyn for my next event and strongly recommend Robyn for any event planning help.

Robyn was an absolute rockstar and a lifesaver. She really saved the day by communicating with the vendors and securing a tent for the VERY unexpected rain on the wedding day. She was communicative, friendly, punctual, organized, helpful, and all around an irreplaceable necessity on our big day. She was always willing to pickup the phone and talk things through even before the week of the wedding she made sure my husband and I ate and stayed hydrated. She also made our table number signs that were so adorable !!we couldn’t have had such a beautiful wedding without her. We are forever grateful for Robyn!! Easily 10/10

Robyn and her team were amazing! She worked with us well before our wedding to find vendors, supplies and staff for our event that were all within our budget. Robyn also created a bunch of beautiful custom signs for our event that made everything so unique and special. Not to mention had her team flip an entire venue design between our ceremony and reception all while paying attention to every last detail…literally down to the napkins her team folded into roses for us! I can’t say enough positive things about this crew! They are some of the most hardworking and caring people I’ve had the honor of working with. I will definitely be using Glitter & Twine for future events and highly recommend them for anyone throwing a wedding or any other event. Thank you so much again for everything!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to provide a "one-stop-shop" type of service for my clients. The more work and stress that I can take off of your plate, the better. Each package is tailored to fit you and your needs specifically.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to communicate via email, text, and phone. When a new client reaches out, I first make sure I have that date available and then I proceed with asking pertinent questions and requesting a phone call to go over details and find out how I can best assist. My goal is to make this process easy for you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have spent most of my life working in customer service. I have more than 10 years of experience in private events from various roles as a coordinator, planner, decorator, server, bartender, and event organizer.
