George is very responsive and explains in detail what needs to be done and when. His proposal was precise and professional. His team, including him, showed up when he said they would. He made sure that we agreed on exactly on where the work (a 200'+ trench will have to be dug with connections on both ends) would take place. Even though there were a couple of small surprises (fortunately), they never became an issue and they worked around them. He made sure that it was not just up to code, but the county inspector looked at it for five minutes and could tell it was done by professionals. Got sign off without any issues.

In summary, the work product was outstanding and when I have another plumbing project, I will have George and his company come back.

The work was promptly and properly done. They gave me a quote based on pictures (it was a simple backflow valve replacement) - they showed me the cost of the part - which I could verify online - and for the labor, they were very competitive with other offers.
