**Outstanding Service Beyond Expectations**

I recently had the pleasure of working with Anna Carrillo for a home cleaning project as part of getting a property ready to market. What was supposed to be a quick wipe down and floor sweep turned into a transformation that left me in awe. Anna didn’t just clean; she revitalized the space.

She took the initiative to re-clean all the counters, making them gleam, and she made the cooktop range and oven sparkle like new, even removing old grime that had been stubbornly lingering. The shower glass door, which was previously obscured by a thick layer of lime buildup, now looks crystal clear.

But Anna didn’t stop there. She went above and beyond by changing the batteries in the smoke detectors that had been beeping, fixing a door handle that had been broken by a handyman, repairing the dining room light fixture, and making the kitchen blinds look brand new again, despite them being covered in caked-on grease and dirt.

Her attention to detail and commitment to excellence were exemplary. I highly recommend Anna Carrillo to anyone looking for a cleaner who takes pride in her work and consistently goes the extra mile. She exceeded all my expectations, and I couldn’t be happier with the results!

Details: 4 bedrooms • 3 bathrooms • Move out cleaning • No pets in home • Just once

I reached out to this person and she was very pleasant and understanding. Unfortunately when it came time for her to show up to our appointment she never did nor did she contact me regarding any problems in scheduling. I reached out and never heard from her.

Details: 5 bedrooms • 2 bathrooms • Deep cleaning • Fridge cleaning • Oven cleaning • Window cleaning (interior) • Pets in home • Every week

Anna Carrillo's reply
I had reached out to you this morning regarding why I did not come and meet with you yesterday I was in a car accident on my way to you from Hollister to Tracy, and due to the fact of the severity of the accident I was not able to respond so again I do apologize in the inconvenience that this may have caused you but it was not intentional and it’s definitely not the type of person I am when it comes to a commitment I make to someone else
