I had John come to clean my home. He was very kind and seems to really appreciate his job and takes into account any special / specific areas which you’d like to see get additional attention. Big issue I had with Frontier in general was with the scheduling. I sent multiple emails trying to get a time or even approximate window of when I should expect their team member to arrive and never heard back. Instead I got a call from John once he was at my door asking if I was home. (I wasn’t as I had just left a doctor appointment). Without being provided a time to expect the cleaner I just went on with my day and hoped it would work out. Thankfully I was nearly home when he called, but had he called at the beginning of my appointment it may have resulted in a cancellation.

My most important thing was the bath tub and shower I wanted to look shinning almost brand new. To my surprise he did an excellent job I'm a very happy camper. I have them coming back next week. I highly recommend them very reasonable very nice people

Works quickly and efficiently. They did miss a couple things I expected to be done. However, I do plan on having them back. I’ll just make sure they understand what’s most important for me to have them do.
