My pricing depends on the nature of the service and the needs and budget of the audience, or trainees.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Absolutely, I am constantly studying in the areas of employment law and bullying prevention and intervention. For example, I am studying restorative practices now, a most excellent means of reconciliation. Additionally, I am continually learning from the John Maxwell University on Leadership, and World Champions Edge programs for Professional Speakers.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
In my first job as a teenager, I didn't know what I didn't know. I didn't know I could say no when the boss asked me to stay 30 minutes later than everyone else alone with him. I didn't know I could say no when he asked me to wear short short skirts. I didn't know I could say no when he put his arms around me and I was uncomfortable. I didn't know I could say no when he took my paycheck to his apartment and coerced me to go there alone. I didn't know I could say no but when I finally did, my employment was terminated. Now I teach men and women how to stand up for themselves in the workplace, in life. We have a shield and sword and we just need to know how to use it. (Life's boundaries)
