Iggy was friendly, easy to contact, easy to schedule, had a quick response and had very reasonable rates for a solid job as promised, I had a door frame which was destroyed by an intruder and a garbage disposal which required replacing. He scheduled to come by and give an estimate the next day for both jobs. He even repaired some leaks I had with the kitchen plumbing. I recommend Iggy for any small handyman job around the house and plan on employing his services in the future.

Ask if they have liability insurance. You don't want to be on the hook for the collateral damage caused by the handyman's repair. True Story: One guy hired his friend the handyman to install a new toilet in his condo. The guy installed the toilet incorrectly and the toilet flooded the condo and the neighbors down stairs. Since the handyman didn't have liability insurance, guess who was on the hook for the water damage repairs? The homeowner!
