I had a few special requests - paint here, not there. Fix cracks here, but not there, etc. They were patient and priced accordingly using an excel spreadsheet I made for all my special requests so I could choose 'a la carte' what I wanted done. Painting crew showed up early and worked full days. They were careful to protect floors. And scheduled me ASAP because I was leaving out of town within two weeks. Definitely a positive experience.

If there are 10 stars I would give David 10stars rating. I found David through Next-door Neighbor referral, and I was so glad I did. Quality & Dependability are the first two things come to my mind after David completed his work. I had things that was done previously by someone else and end-up broken until David came to repair them. It took me a long time to find someone who is dependable and value their work like David. David is genuinely nice and honest person that someone you can trust.

Screen Installation or Replacement

I would highly recommend David. He came to help me with my sliding screen patio door. I was in a panic because we had a party coming up and needed a working door. David replaced the screen door for me with a high quality slider within plenty of time for my event. We had a minor follow up issue and he was here the next day to help out again. He is the most responsive repairman that I have ever worked with and his commitment to excellence is so appreciated.
