I am very disappointed with your service. I chose you to give a local company a chance on my service, because youre supposed to be a Rinnai Pro. Only one water heater was flushed because the technician couldnt figure out how to flush the other one. He got air in the recirculating loop, which I found out running the hot water during the evening and which can cause compromise the recirculating function. He didnt understand how these units are set up to take turns to even the wear between the two units. He came first with a broken pump and wasted my time while he got another one. I got charged the full flat rate visit fee though the job for both units was incomplete. To fix things, now I need to call the installing plumber to do the job right and make sure there isnt any damage or contamination.

I cant say enough good things about Level Up Plumbing! After experiencing two major plumbing issues, they have earned my trust completely.The most alarming situation happened when I walked into my home after a long morning of work and heard a loud pounding sound echoing through the walls. It was so intense that I thought someone was moving furniture! I searched the house, trying to find the source, but the noise wouldnt stop. I called a couple of friendsone thought it might be an animal in the walls, and another suspected pressure in the pipes.Thankfully, I quickly called Tiffany at Level Up Plumbing, and she responded immediately, sending a technician within an hour. When they arrived, they acted fast, recognizing it as an emergency caused by pressure from the water company. If I had waited any longer, I could have walked into a flooded home!They installed a pressure gauge, worked professionally and efficiently, and provided affordable service. I am beyond grateful for their quick response and expertise. Level Up Plumbing is now my go-to for any plumbing needs! Highly recommend!They are the best!!!Thank you!
