My tankless water heater was not working- Randy from McP's Plumbing diagnosed the issues which was hard water mineral deposits built up in the unit itself. then he flushed it as needed, by servicing the water heater which then got it to work.
he had very good communication and was very knowledgeable in how to prevent future issues and offered great recommendations with filtration systems.
we plan to reach out again soon for either an in-line filtration for the tankless water heater, or a whole house filtration.
