I had an absolutely amazing experience with this HVAC company! From start to finish, the service was top-notch. Sal was kind, friendly, and incredibly professional. You can tell they truly care about their customers and take pride in their work.
What stood out most was how respectful and knowledgeable they were—answering all my questions with patience and taking the time to explain everything clearly. It’s hard to find that kind of service these days.
I also love that this is a family-owned business. You can feel the difference in the level of care and attention they give. It felt more like getting help from trusted friends than just another service call.

Working with Sal - Mr. Captain Cool himself - has made my recent move to an aging mid-century home in Cathedral City a complete non-traumatic success! Coming from the Pacific Northwest, I was very concerned about the needs of a desert residence. Sal guided me through understanding what the conditions of my now-former equipment were, and which upgrades would help manage the weather extremes of my home. I couldn’t be happier with the several services he has already provided, and will be his loyal client for the years ahead here. I’m a fan!

Captain Cool was awesome! They were super transparent and explained everything in a way I could understand—both in my language and HVAC terms. I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision, which I really appreciated. I felt comfortable the whole time, and you can tell they know their stuff. The customer service was top-notch from start to finish, and everything was done with care and professionalism.
