The advice I would have for a customer looking to hire a provider such as myself would be to make sure that you get your fees in writing, and that the services are provided at a flat fee. You do not want someone quoting you a fee and not advising you of hidden fees. For bankruptcy services, make sure your attorney is a member of the National Association of Bankruptcy Attorneys. For criminal defense services, someone who is a member of The California DUI Attorneys Association, The California Public Defenders Association and The Association of Trial Lawyers of America will provide you the most comprehensive, aggressive defense of your rights.
