I was very impressed with the workmanship and determination by the technician to make the installation perfect. Unbeknownst to us at time we made the appointment was the fact that our new flat screen had been damaged during our move to La Quinta. The damage was discovered by the technician but I elected to have the t.v. Installed anyway. We soon discovered that the pre drilled holes in the back of our new but damaged t.v. did not align with the existing mount. The same applied to the sound bar we wanted hung. The technician offered several options and I opted to purchase another flatscreen. Remember that we are talking about a Saturday afternoon here. I went to Costco, bought a new replacement and a couple of hours later the technician came back to finish the installation. I was also surprised by the final cost which I expected to be much more expensive. I recommend this company to anyone who wants the job done correctly and in a timely manner.
