Ken has been cleaning the windows (interior/exterior) and solar panels at our Los Altos ranch home for the past four years. He comes seasonally—usually around New Year’s and again at the end of summer—and has always been reliable.
He’s very respectful of the property and especially mindful about keeping doors fully closed and gates securely latched, which is important for us since we have pets off leash. He’s also flexible and accommodating. For example, when we had a house full of guests, he was able to clean just the exterior the night before a family gathering, then return the following week to complete the interior.
He still took the time to tidy up the front entry on his way out. Overall, he’s thoughtful, dependable, and easy to work with.
