I have thee industry certifications and am currently working on a Bachelor's Degree in IT Security
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I am a tinkerer at heart. I have always been a do it your selfer and fixed things myself to save money. Some of the prices I heard my family, friends and neighbors paid for technician services were outrageous and I figured I could save them a buck and make one for myself at the same time.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Replacing hard drives, remote tech support, malware and virus removal.
