- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I work quickly performing professional work and cleaning any mess when I'm done leaving the location neat and tidy once I'm through with the work. 
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I listen to the customer's needs and I explain to them what I can do and what their options are. Sometimes I suggest other upgrades they could do if I feel like it would benefit them. Then they decide what they would like to do and I give them an estimate. 
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?All commercial and residential electric schooling completed.
