- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work quickly performing professional work and cleaning any mess when I'm done leaving the location neat and tidy once I'm through with the work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen to the customer's needs and I explain to them what I can do and what their options are. Sometimes I suggest other upgrades they could do if I feel like it would benefit them. Then they decide what they would like to do and I give them an estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All commercial and residential electric schooling completed.
