Anthony is outstanding. He’s very down to earth and knows what he’s doing. He’s handled a few legal matters for me over the last 8 years. He’s approachable and responds to questions quickly and professionally. I highly recommend him for any financial legal matters.

I am so relieved to have found Anthony. I just finished my Chapter 7 yesterday and (of course) it's a huge relief, but the process was not as daunting as it could have been or what I imagined it to be. I am disabled and have cognitive challenges and Anthony led me through each step with the utmost patience and understanding. He is a very understanding and amicable person and I feel so grateful for that. No question is a wrong question for him and he explained everything to me with patience and empathy. Anthony is also very professional and polite and will respond to your queries whenever you have them. I highly suggest using his services! I am a challenge and he helped me all the way through with ease and kindness. I will finally add that all of this was completed by telephone! My city lacks affordable attorneys and at first I thought I was doomed until I found him and learned he could help me regardless....which he did extraordinarily! Thank you Anthony!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If your household income is below certain thresholds, some courts might WAIVE your filing fee of $338. My attorney's fees for a Chapter 7 start at $949 and up based on the complexity of your case. Some common factors that require greater attorney fees include above median income, home ownership, tax debt, and interest in a business, among others.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I personally open each application and review it with my client immediately. After taking the application, my client knows what kind of bankruptcy is suitable for them and what the costs will be.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
For the last 10 years, as a paralegal and attorney, I worked to make bankruptcy more affordable. I am actively licensed with the California Bar.
