I had an appointment with this company. I needed my air conditioner inspected. I had it inspected by two other companies and they said that I needed a whole new system.
Sam from Best Service came in to inspect the unit, went on the roof and located the unit. All the other companies told me that my unit was in a place it wasn't, pretended to inspect it and told me I needed a whole new system. Sam informed me that they were looking at the water heaters on the roof. Sam went to a higher part of the roof and located the unit for my Condo. In less than 15 minutes Sam had the system running cold. I am in shock at how wonderfully professional and dedicated to his work Sam is. I will always ask for Sam when I need.
