What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because we are a small agency we aren't paying for a big office suite with all the trimmings. That means that our rates won't blow out your budget in five minutes. We offer hourly rates or retainers for clients who prefer ongoing services for their marketing communications outreach.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Just like our Tagline states: WE MAKE IT SIMPLE AND WE DO IT RIGHT ...
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Although the old saying goes "practice makes perfect" ... we take it a step further. Since our client base is NOT limited to one niche, we must quickly grasp and learn about many industries well enough to hit home runs for all client branding. Or course, we love to build websites too. But HQZ also writes blogs, designs newsletters and e-blasts, writes ad copy and sets up SEO and manages other website maintenance whether we design the site or not.
