Hiring Stephanie was hands down one of the best decisions we could have made! She became our coordinator with less than a month until our wedding and went to work right away. Not only was she extremely professional and detail oriented, but she was SO kind and sweet. She handled everything perfectly from constructing the timeline and communicating with the vendors, to loading in the event and breaking it down at the end. She even helped to bustle my dress and had back-up deodorant for me! She flawlessly made the event go according to our plan and I don't know what we would have done without her. I can't say enough great things about her!

I hired Stephanie to coordinate during the month of my wedding, however she checked in with me throughout the entire planning process so she would be well informed on everything. Let me start by saying, Stephanie is amazing, and I would have been so stressed the week of my wedding had I not had her there to bring everything together and figure out anything unexpected that popped up along the way. She swooped in and saved the day when the reception venue set up all the tables and chairs for parties of 8, but my custom made seating chart was for tables of 10! She also dealt with a horrendous reception venue owner that was trying to rush each wedding event (first dance, toast, cake cutting, etc), and was plain making things difficult the entire reception! Thankfully, because I had Stephanie I didn’t know about any of that until after I was home from my honeymoon. She handled it all behind the scenes without me knowing anything, and I was just allowed to enjoy my day. I would recommend Stephanie to anyone planning any type of large event!

Stephanie coordinated the MOST seamless wedding for us. There was not a single hiccup! Even times there could have been a snag, you could see her identify the situation and kick on speed level 3000 to rectify before the hiccup occurred. It was amazing! My bridesmaids were blown away with her heroism. We hired her for month of and day of coordinating. Our stress levels were through the roof, but after our first call with her, the level went from a 10 to a 2. Not only does she know exactly what she’s doing and how to deal with vendors (and Type-A personality family members), she is also extremely responsive, kind, helpful, and had the BEST suggestion ever by coordinating a group shot for our photographer to snap. Thank you Stephanie! We are forever grateful for your help on our big day <3
