Zarah responded very quickly to my desperate plea for a very small, last minute project making place cards for a business dinner. Being from out of town, I did not have the materials needed, but Zarah was able to get them, and create the perfect place cards with time to spare. Fees are based on the amount of work and complexity of the commission but I am always open to discussing these details individually!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I like to get all the details and make sure that I understand what the client needs. I always do a draft and send proofs to be approved by the client. All services are customized to the clients needs.

I have worked with companies such as Neiman Marcus doing engraving, calligraphy for Louis Vuitton as well as individuals seeking services for invitations/ place cards/ gifting.
