Ensure your pro is in close proximity to you. It is beneficial in dropping off and picking up work. Zarah is friendly, easy to work with and willing to provide her best.

I had Zarah calligraphy place cards for our anniversary celebration. They were lovely. I really appreciated that she was very responsive to my questions and asked my approval along the way. Her communication is very prompt and much appreciated. I highly recommend her work.

Zarah responded very quickly to my desperate plea for a very small, last minute project making place cards for a business dinner. Being from out of town, I did not have the materials needed, but Zarah was able to get them, and create the perfect place cards with time to spare. Communication was excellent, calligraphy beautiful and I would not hesitate to use her again.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fees are based on the amount of work and complexity of the commission but I am always open to discussing these details individually!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I like to get all the details and make sure that I understand what the client needs. I always do a draft and send proofs to be approved by the client. All services are customized to the clients needs.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with companies such as Neiman Marcus doing engraving, calligraphy for Louis Vuitton as well as individuals seeking services for invitations/ place cards/ gifting.
