I contacted X-Squad to get advise for installing wired surround sound speakers. They responded quickly within two hours and gave me an appointment. Curtis, owner, arrived on time and suggested possible options instead of wiring due to our low attic. Curtis is very knowledgeable and professional attitude. He gave me reasonable cost range of each option.

I recently had my new 55 inch Sony Master Series mounted the the wall and hooked up to my new amplifier by X-Squad. I found it to be a very pleasant experience and would highly recommend it. He was quick, knowledgeable and gave great instructions. I never imagined I would have a system this nice.

Curtis is a nice person with a professional demeanor, however, it took a while to reach a satisfactory solution to my project. I asked him to solve the issue of no sound going to the Zone 2 speakers in my sound system. Within 30-40 minutes, he got sound going to those speakers and charged $200 for the work. However, the next time I turned on my system, my Apple TV remote no longer controlled the TV and the receiver and it was a major hassle to even watch TV. His "solution" was unsatisfactory because it created a different problem. I reached out to him and eventually he came over to look at things and still could not get them working. Although he ultimately suggested a solution that worked, it was a struggle to get him to do that. Additionally, I suggest that before he begins work, ask him for a cost estimate. He did not tell me what he would charge for the work, so $200 was a surprise to me for the work he initially did.
