What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My monthly bookkeeping packages start at $500 per month, with additional packages at $750 and $1,000 per month depending on your business needs, transaction volume, and level of support. I prefer to review your books before recommending a package so you’re only paying for the services you actually need. For qualifying new monthly bookkeeping clients, I also offer up to 6 months of catch-up bookkeeping at no additional cost. Availability and eligibility may vary.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We’ll start with a consultation to discuss your business, current bookkeeping setup, and what you need help with. I’ll then review your books and recommend the appropriate services and monthly package. Once you’re ready to move forward, I’ll get your accounts organized, complete any necessary cleanup or catch-up work, and establish a consistent monthly bookkeeping process. I provide ongoing communication, monthly reconciliations and financial reporting so you have a clear picture of your business finances.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have approximately 10 years of bookkeeping experience and extensive training in QuickBooks Online. I am a QuickBooks ProAdvisor, QuickBooks Level 1 and Level 2 Certified, QuickBooks Payroll Certified, QuickBooks Online Bookkeeping Certified, and Intuit Bookkeeping Trained. I’m also continuing my professional education toward becoming an AIPB Certified Bookkeeper.
