- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is dependent on each service and experience. Some services and experiences have flat rates while others are based on per person pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to open up the conversation with all potential clients and like to encourage creativity to better serve each clients budget. We are extremely budget conscious when working with clients as our goal is to find the right fit for your event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our staff have been trained in responsible beverage service (T.I.P.s) as well as Sommelier Certification as the company is operated by a Certified Advanced Sommelier. All of our staff is hospitality trained with no only one education but service training as well as public speaking training.
