We have just hired RLM to maintain and do some changes in our yard. After spending a few weeks looking for the right person, we are delighted to have met Tom and are looking forward to RLM being our landscape maintenance company ;)

Tom, owner of RLM, was responsive, timely communication, negotiated a maintenance pkg that met my budget. Two-man team lead, Kevin, was personable, friendly, and knowledgeable in lawn maintenance - only one visit so too soon to evaluate further but chief grounds-keeper (the wife) seems happy with their work so far.

I would highly recommend RLM. They were responsive, professional, and easy to work with! We had a Spring ‘re-fresh’ done. The difference is wonderful! We have a beautiful yard again! They did such a good job, we are now signed up for monthly maintenance. Thank you!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
RLM has a couple different base line prices per hour for labor due to the fact we offer a few different services, pricing typically starts at $125.00 per hour depending on which of our services your rendering.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually the process starts with a meeting to determine the scope of your job and what your vision is for the finished project, you will then receive a bid for the services you seek. Once the price is agreed upon and contract is signed, we get your project started ASAP.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner has been working in the trades for over 10 years now and hold multiple licenses and certifications in relation to them.
