John helped install a kitchen vent fan/hood, and made the project SO easy. It was easy to communicate with him, and he had availability to come right away. He advised me on what materials to buy, helped me figure out the strategy (duct vs ductless), and provided good context on my options (pro's/con's, pricing, etc). He showed up on time, worked in a professional manner (took great measurements, covered the floor and counter, showed me placement, etc). Overall a wonderful experience and I'd hire him again in a heartbeat!
