Being a professional through mechanical engineering, construction trades, or teaching; I have been labeled as a perfectionist to some degree, but in most reality; I just take pride in my work and the outcome of the job. As a licensed general contractor for the State of California, that pride happens through the variety of construction projects produced via residential and commercial avenues. I draw building plans in Auto Cad, drafting design in many phases to obtain permits and reading plans to ensure compliance with current codes, laws and regulations. I also order and receive materials, check for defects and keep records of supplies. I run a crew of people, and my goal is to complete the job in a safe and timely manner within the budget.
