FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Estimating can be tough. There are always variables. We could bid a simple tile for an estimate, and the customer is invisioning stone. If it doesn't get communicated properly this could cause a rift. The material is more costly, and the labor more intensive.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Have been certified with different new products for installing and services. Example: windows on a Long Beach we built, were 10 feet tall and just as wide, had to take a class to understand the workings of the windows to be installed and working properly.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Since I was young, my parents built houses and sold them. I learned the trades this way. I liked the work and working outside, and inside.
