Z and A replaced the suspension rods on our Kenmore washer, and the unit is spinning great. Z and A is a very responsive guy, and he took the time to explain the problems with my mom, who is a very tough customer. Z and A was very prompt, and he was very knowledgeable about the exact problems we were having with our unbalanced unit. Z and A brought his own tools, and he let me know he was on his way through the app. I will work with him again!
