I had trouble with my ceiling fan not working and James was able to fix it with no issues. He was knowledgeable on what he was doing. Would definitely recommend if you need some fixing around the house. He also cuts down trees for those in need.

Thank you for taking a moment to read my review. Whether a long term resident or recently relocated to the Antelope Valley many of us find household maintenance is a significant challenge. Interior appliances, HVAC systems, security systems, the exterior of our homes, and plumbing all require regular attention. Finding a responsible contractor or a skilled technician has become increasingly difficult. Many of the long-standing businesses have become nothing short of predatory with little regard for the quality of work performed. We constantly see the phrase “Voted AV’s Best”. Unfortunately this statement now has a little meaning and usually results in expensive disappointment. James Bucholtz is the glowing exceptions to this unfortunate trend. James breaks the mold. Not only is he skilled, he is punctual and courteous. James does the highest quality work for a very reasonable prices. There is no upselling and no trace of an agenda. Based on my experience with James, the quality of his work is unquestionable. I make all major purchases outside of the Antelope Valley where I have choices in abundance. With James I can trust his commitment to keep my home running smoothly

James is great! He came to fix some drywall that a plumber cut out. He also painted the living room and my bedroom which by the way look beautiful! He takes a lot of pride in his work. His prices were extremely reasonable. Looking forward for him to come back and work on the other projects we had discussed while he was here. Thank you again James!
