I cannot recommend JL Plumbing Services highly enough. I recently hired them to address a critical issue at my Palm Springs property: a leaking water main that needed a full replacement. Beyond just fixing the leak, I needed a specific, more complex setup—splitting the house main and the irrigation line into two entirely separate PRV systems. JL Plumbing completely over-delivered on every front. From a technical and aesthetic standpoint, the plumber was absolutely meticulous. He didn't just hastily run the new lines; he thoughtfully buried them underground inside a dedicated, secure utility box. He even took the extra time to ensure the surrounding gravel didn't mix with the sand, precisely aligning everything so the final installation looked completely square, clean, and even. It’s rare to find a contractor who cares as much about the neatness and visual finish of utility work as they do about the functional mechanics. The end result turned out perfectly. What truly set JL Plumbing Services apart, however, was the exceptional communication. Managing a property remotely from Los Angeles can usually make coordinating major infrastructure repairs stressful, but he made the entire process an absolute breeze. He is incredibly "switched on" and kept me looped in every step of the way, proactively sending detailed videos and voice notes to explain his progress and show me the work as it was happening. I never once had to guess what was going on or chase him down for an update. If you are looking for a highly skilled, communicative, and detail-oriented plumber who will deliver an amazing result, hire JL Plumbing Services. We bought a new dishwasher and upon delivery, they discovered a corroded water valve that needed to be replaced before the DW could be installed. I contacted several highly rated plumbers on Thumbtack. Jonathan was quick with his response, knew exactly what we needed (several others said they needed to come out and inspect, so no real quote), was communicative with his arrival time, professional, clean, and work was done well. Very pleased with our experience and would use his services again!

We had Jonathan out to fix the leaking faucet in our bathtub. He was very responsive, worked fast and did a nice job. We did have to reschedule a few times as he was called to a few emergencies but we did not mind. His quote is reasonable.

Jonathan came out today and did a great job. It was an urgent issue, so naturally we were very concerned but he explained everything with extensive knowledge which assured us we were in good hands. We had roots growing through the pipes which was causing our toilet and shower to flood. Jonathan was persistent in trying different ways in which he could reach the blockage, and sure enough he did. He showed the freed pipes with the his camera which was just another level of reassurance. He was communicative, understanding, and reasonably priced. We will be working with Jonathan again in the future and would recommend him.
