Couldn’t be more pleased with the service! Placed a request for service, got a response within the hour, and a technician at our door within 2 hours. Mike is clearly an expert and walked my through exactly what went wrong with my AC unit (faulty Amazon thermostat that tripped the transponder). He was able to fix it in a matter of 1-2 hours and that included running to the hardware store to get our smart thermostat of choice. He was also kind enough to show us pro-tips with replacing the filter. They will definitely be our go-to techs moving forward. Would highly recommend!
