- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge based on time, not result. We have a minimum of one hour, then we charge by increments of 30 minutes.. I can make recommendation on equipment but in most case it is better if you purchase it yourself. No refunds and no guarantees on the services as each case is unique and I always give my best to make it work until either it works, or we readvise.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Actively listen to your issue or project; 2. Analyze the possible reasons for your issue or the scope of your project; 3. Figure out if some material is needed for the completion of your repair or project; 4. Get the work done if I am able to do it or refer you to the right professional or company that will solve your issue or bring your project to fruition 5. Verify that you are happy and satisfied with my services

I have 14+ years of experience in IT and have been offering services professionally for over 3 years besides working full time in this field.
