Worked with Heavy Duty Electric and Luis came out. He was friendly approachable and responded to all my questions wonderfully. He was also quick and the 12 outlets I needed replaced were done well. Overall 5/5 service and will be using Heavy Duty Electric as the first call for my electrical need.

I had a faint fishy odor coming from my electrical panel, and although there were no obvious signs of a problem, I was concerned about my family's safety. Heavy Duty Electric took my concerns seriously from the start.

The electrician honored his commitment to come out the same day and even arrived around 7:30 PM to make sure we weren't left waiting another day. He thoroughly inspected the entire panel, removed the cover, checked all the breakers, verified that everything else was safe, identified the faulty breaker, and replaced it.

He took the time to explain what he found, answered my questions, and gave me peace of mind knowing our electrical system was safe again. It's rare to find a company that combines professionalism, expertise, honesty, and such a strong commitment to customer service.

Had a really good experience. Luis was great! He listened to everything I wanted to accomplish. He answered all of my questions and was very helpful by explaining what was going on. He took his time and was very thorough. I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs electrical work done!
