I had a faint fishy odor coming from my electrical panel, and although there were no obvious signs of a problem, I was concerned about my family's safety. Heavy Duty Electric took my concerns seriously from the start.

The electrician honored his commitment to come out the same day and even arrived around 7:30 PM to make sure we weren't left waiting another day. He thoroughly inspected the entire panel, removed the cover, checked all the breakers, verified that everything else was safe, identified the faulty breaker, and replaced it.

He took the time to explain what he found, answered my questions, and gave me peace of mind knowing our electrical system was safe again. It's rare to find a company that combines professionalism, expertise, honesty, and such a strong commitment to customer service.

I had an electrical problem. To solve my problem the electrician had to pull a permit work with Edision and the city to complete the work. Luis and Pricilla did an excellent job. Obtaining the permit co ordinating with the different entities. I know finally have power . Would totally recommend them for any electrical job you are doing.
