- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do first training for free. I do discounts when you come more than once a week and group training discounts as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will talk goals, health goals, injuries and more to get on the right fitness path for you. The first training will consist of finding your strength and/or endurance levels. Each session our goal will be to increase your strength or stamina, documenting your achievements and accomplishments throughout training. We will target weak areas and improve form for optimal results. I include nutritional guidance as it’s detrimental to your fitness goals!

I am a certified personal trainer and certified nutritionist.
