I was referred to United Builders GC by my friend Allen after they replaced his roof in Riverside. They did a great job for him, and now that my project is done, I can honestly say they did an even better job at my house in Cypress. They'll go the distance for their customers, and it shows.From the first appointment, Erick really took his time with me. He spent at least an hour walking my roof, taking pictures, and explaining what he found. I wasn't rushed or pressured into making a decision. I actually asked him for three different quotes so I could compare my options.I ended up going with a full replacement to shingles because the price was fair, the warranty was solid, and they were able to commit to a start date. We also negotiated a little on price and inclusions, and I really appreciated their willingness to work with me. At no point did I feel pressured- they just wanted to find a solution that worked for both of us.The whole process was so easy. I work full-time, and I never had to leave work for permits, inspections, or anything else. Erick handled everything with the city and kept me updated with photos the entire time, so I always knew what was going on without having to be there. It really felt like white-glove service.The crew finished everything in about a week, cleaned up really well, and the new roof looks great. They even took care of a lot of little details that I probably never would have noticed but definitely appreciate.I've already recommended United Builders GC to a couple of neighbors and coworkers because I had such a good experience.If you're in Cypress and dealing with an old 60-year-old tile roof, give these guys a call. I don't write many reviews, but I had to! It is the least I can do, because I am very thankful that this company was recommended to me.I'm a Realtor, so I have delt with many contractors in the past. By far United Builders GC have been the best! Not only do they deliver quality work and attention to detail, but they are very reliable and affordable.I got many bids for a brand new roof and their's was the best. They did the job in a timely manner and did an amazing job.I will remodeling my kitchen with them soon since they offer many services and bundles. 1000% recommend.
