We had an appointment for Sat at 9am. Despite calling and texting, I didn't hear from him until 11am -- he said he had trouble with his van. I understand that things happen, but to not communicate for 2 hours is not OK. I had errands to run which I didn't get to because I didn't know if he was coming or not. We ended up rescheduling for later the same day. The crew did a great job on the stucco repair for a reasonable price, but I'm removing one star for the lack of communication
