Had a main line break and called Pink Dog Plumbing and Sewer—best decision I could’ve made. They came out quickly, ran a camera through the line, and found the exact location of the break without any guesswork.
They pinpointed it in the front yard, dug it up, and made the repair the right way by installing a 2-way “bullhorn” style cleanout. Everything was done clean, efficient, and you can tell they take pride in doing it right, not just patching things up.
What could’ve been a huge headache was handled smoothly from start to finish. Solid work, great communication, and no runaround.
Highly recommend these guys if you’re dealing with sewer or main line issues.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Were pretty straight forward. Typically about $199 an hour plus material. after hours is $398 an hour.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We add them to our system, schedule a call, come out and take care of the issue they have. and will perform a 42 point inspection after checking the rest of the plumbing in their house to make sure everything is in tip top working shape.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I, the owner Robert, have been doing plumbing for 30 years.
