- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have subscription based pricing based upon the number of statement transactions from all sources. Average monthly transactions would be 100 to 200, with startups less than 50 a month.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our over all goal is to see if we have value to add to the potential client and do they see the value in our services.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Working in the banking industry I would get so many clients that would come to me for a commercial loan. Most of the clients didnt have a profit and loss or a balance sheet. Their loans couldnt go forward without it so I recognized the demand immediately when they would ask me for a bookkeeper. I love to help business startup as the energy and vision that they have for their new business really inspires me.
