John was great! We have rats in our garage and John spotted their entry point as soon as he walked in the door. He placed traps and also sealed up all the entry points that the rats have been using to get under our house. Super helpful, knowledgeable, thorough and speedy! Ill definitely recommend Protex to friends and family. Very happy with the service we received!
