I am immediately available. I am an experienced Los Angeles based computer technician with several years of break-fix experience and a passion for customer service! I started my career as a bench technician with a major computer retailer, performing repairs to IBM/Mac platforms, and a multitude of laser printers. One of the most important and difficult lessons I've learned is how to proactively manage time, which creates higher productivity and offers better customer service.
