- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our prices are some of the most affordable around. We always work with our client on payment plans if necessary and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure our clients are happy with our cost and services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First we ask the client reach out to us and give us a scope of what is going on and what they are in need of. We then discuss with the client what we are able to do and offer them. If all sounds good and client feels ready to do so we schedule appointment for the client to come into our office to start the process. Fast. Simple. Easy & Affordable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I worked for attorney for about 5 years and then I partner with another paralegal that had been in the business for over 40 years. I then, went on my own and got my legal document assistant license and have now been in this bussiness since 2007. I continue to take classes to keep me up to date and also to continue renewing my license.
