Jake was great! He quickly deduced the cause of repairs/maintenance problems the tenant was having and got straight to work. Jake explained what he did in a clear manner (I'm no fix it person, but he made sure I understood) and cleaned up after he was done. He is friendly and knowledgable with reasonably priced services. Our property management company will definitely use Handy Jake Pro services again in the future.

We hired Jake for an installation job and we are very pleased with his work. He arrived at the time he said he would and was very courteous and knowledgeable. He helped us decide on the best placement for our installation, and the work was completed in a timely manner and of excellent quality.

Jake responded quickly, showed up on time, and carefully considered my options before laying them out and giving me a great price that did not change later, as well as a first time customer discount. After seeing the great work of changing a stained glass window 25 feet over a staircase, I hired him to tear down a leaky sloped roof; reframed it and lay new substrate and top layers. Exceptional work, respectful, and fair. HIGHLY recommended!

Jake replied to me promptly, he came on time and was able to help me with my problem. He gave us the most economical option while also telling us the other option which was expensive but he told us that we can still get our work done without spending a lot of money. He was able to help us with our washer that was creating noise. Over he is reliable and professional. We definitely recommending him.
