Introduction

My works stands out in the approach I take. I come from a heart-centered place and the concept that there is no 'right' or 'wrong'. Your life is your life and you get to create the one that you want to live. That being said, Life-Coaching is very personal and you must connect with your coach on an emotional and mental level to create the kind of relationship that will allow you to push through your boundaries. I do that through a warm and compassionate style that most people resonate with. I love helping people overcome their obstacles and blocks and create a life that is what they truly want. I love receiving feedback that I truly helped someone.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm always studying or taking a class. I am working on my Doctorate and also take ongoing workshops through two organizations that I'm a Certified Coach; The Bigger Game and Dream Builder.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I knew years ago that I wanted to be a coach. However, it wasn't unless the last 5 yrs. that I started coaching and training full-time. I have a good sense of people and an intuitive feeling for what they are asking for and coaching allows me to help people to live better lives.
