I've used Restokleen's services quite a few times over the years. That's what happens when you live in an old house. The team arrives promptly and really does an amazing job with containing the job site. I had a huge leak in my house from the 2nd floor and we had to seal off entire rooms to contain the dust and demo. They are experts in their field with great communication and hands on service. The process of restoration does take time, and when done with Restokleen you are in great hands. Would 100% recommend them to friends and family.

Hamlet was so helpful to us a few years back with our waterdamage that when we had the fires this year, we called him again to come and help restore our house back to normal. We live out of state and had an issue with accumulated water leak between bathrooms for our rental property that caused mushrooms to pop out of the ceiling and ultimately bring the ceiling down. Restokleen/Hamlet was the first to respond amongst a few other bids we received. We were impressed by Hamlet's expertise and knowledge and willingness to break it down completely in terms of the why it happened, what was needed to fix it and how long. Their quote was very reasonable and detailed and to the point. During repair work it was found that one of the bathrooms would need to be demolished completely and redone. Restokleen provided the best quote possible keeping in mind quality and workmanship. They finished the entire work on time, including mold cleanup, remediation and remodeling the master bathroom with very little inconvenience to the renters. It was also very easy to work with them with respect to payments etc. Hamlet keeps a constant line of communication open to keep you up to speed of what is happening and progress reports. Their quality of work and finish is impeccable as well. If we had to go through this again, we would hire Restokleen again in a heart beat. It was a peace of mind for us knowing that they paid attention to detail and treated it like they were repairing their own house. Thank you Hamlet!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Water damage loss is an emergency based service and since we don’t know the extent of the damage that is caused by the running water , it would be almost impossible to give an accurate estimate , therefore be aware of the contactor’s that give an estimate.
Our primary goal is to extract all visible water , and evaluate what needs to be removed from affected area and start the drying process.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
On our first visit to the property we make sure that there are no safety or health hazards to the occupants, pets, or our technicians. We also make sure the source of the damage has been taken care of (shut off Water main , plumber, etc.) . Once we have a signed agreement, then we will start to move furniture and other items from affected area to prevents more damage , and it’s followed by extraction of the water with our state of the art extraction units .
