What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Mobile visits start at $65, with pricing based on location, travel distance, and appointment needs. California notary fees are separate and follow state-regulated rates. Additional charges may apply for hospitals, assisted living facilities, detention facilities, printing, scanbacks, or longer-distance travel. I’ll always confirm the total cost with you before your appointment.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by confirming the type of document, location, number of signers, and any special requirements for the appointment. I’ll then provide clear pricing and schedule a convenient time to meet you. At the appointment, I verify identification, complete the notarization carefully, and make sure everything is handled professionally and efficiently. My goal is to make the entire process simple, convenient, and stress-free from the first message to the completed notarization.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a California-commissioned Notary Public and have completed the required state education, examination, and background-check process. I’m trained in California notary procedures, identification requirements, acknowledgments, jurats, and proper recordkeeping. I also have a B.S. in Telecommunications Technology and bring a strong attention to detail, organization, and professionalism to every appointment.
