FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on your location, travel distance, and the specific needs of the appointment. Additional charges may apply for hospitals, assisted living facilities, detention facilities, printing, scanbacks, or extended travel. I’ll always confirm the total cost with you before your appointment.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by confirming the type of document, location, number of signers, and any special requirements for the appointment. I’ll then provide clear pricing and schedule a convenient time to meet you. At the appointment, I verify identification, complete the notarization carefully, and make sure everything is handled professionally and efficiently. My goal is to make the entire process simple, convenient, and stress-free from the first message to the completed notarization.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a California-commissioned Notary Public and have completed the required state education, examination, and background-check process. I’m trained in California notary procedures, identification requirements, acknowledgments, jurats, and proper recordkeeping. I also have a B.S. in Telecommunications Technology and bring a strong attention to detail, organization, and professionalism to every appointment.
