WOW and WOW! I mean, where can I even begin? If I could give Chef Michael 100 stars I would. The entire process from hiring, coordinating to the actual event couldn’t have been more amazing. Chef was so professional, and kept me in communication constantly about my menu. Anything I suggested, he took note and planned accordingly. My girlfriends and I did a sushi night and the quality was top notch. Chef let me know what was fresh, what substitutions to make, etc. We loved every single dish that came out. I loved that he brought his amazing waitress with him, Doris. She truly was professional, and worked so well with my group of girls. The amount of times she wanted to help us, and be involved in making sure we were happy was top notch. All in all, don’t hesitate. Book with him!

Just absolutely amazing, you cannot go wrong with hiring them for any event. Originally it was three guests, which was no issue at all, then it became 11 guests, which he quickly adapted to. Chef Michael made my wife birthday unforgettable, thank you for everything that you did to make my wife birthday very special. Definitely recommended and DEFINITELY WILL USE AGAIN. -William

Wow - just wow! If you are considering hiring a personal chef for any reason, chef Michael is definitely the one you want. His style and expertise in the kitchen is unmatched. All the flavors from the 3 course meal we had were vibrant and delicious. The presentation was superb! His beer pairing choice for the T bone steak was spot on. He works super hard in the kitchen while cooking and then cleans up with the same fervor. He takes personal requests and dietary restrictions into consideration and is very flexible with ingredients to make sure you are comfortable with your meal. I highly recommend chef Michael for your event!

I contacted Chef Michael for a meal I wanted to surprise my partner with for his birthday! Chef Michael was amazing, we got to talk about the menu for the night and incorporated food that my partner and I loved. The food was delicious and we constantly talk about that night and how amazing Chef Michael was. He allowed us to have a relaxing eventful night that we will forever cherish and hopefully get to experience again. Chef Michael was kind enough to do the dishes as well as leave us with the remainder of food which allowed us to recreate some of the foods he had prepared for us! He also drove to us for additional cost which made things that much more convenient and allowed us to really relax that night! With every dish he also talked to us about the food we were having and some of the process which was very cool of him All in all I highly recommend him, and if I ever got the chance again I’d contact him!! Thank you so much Chef Michael.

Chef Michael and his team were an honor and pleasure to deal with! He was extremely responsive from day 1 and willing to accommodate and adapt. We worked together to create the menu and he had great ideas and insight. He was extremely professional and attentive to our needs, showed up on time, and even cleaned up after.
