Chef Michael was very professional and knowledgeable when we discussed my upcoming small dinner party with friends. He sent over several menu options and I was quite impressed with the variety he offered.

The day of he and his assistant arrived early and ready to go. They got to work in my kitchen and everything was smelling delicious by the time my friends arrived. We started with a yummy salad with a homemade dressing, we then enjoyed a delicious Chilean sea bass with this really amazing risotto and finished off with churros and chocolate sauce. We enjoyed everything! They then cleaned the kitchen and packed everything up as if they were never there. Would definitely use again and highly recommend. Thanks Chef!

Hiring a chef is my new favorite part of any event!
To start off, Michael has an incredible know how when it comes to flavor and execution.
Michael custom made an entire 3 course meal along with a charcuterie board. He and his team created an entire experience for a party of 13 adults and 7 kiddos. Everyone was satisfied at the end of the night.
He worked with me picking out the right produce, and keeping within budget. The best part is that my kitchen was cleaned up after the event was done! I cannot stress how impressive this was, after a full day of hosting and setting up, this was by far the most professional touch! Thank you Michael!

We would definitely invite him and his team to come back again for another event!

We hired Michael for a anniversary dinner and he did not disappoint. He came on time, cooked an amazing meal, and left my kitchen clean and did all the dishes. It was an amazing experience. The good was amazing. We had truffle fries with 3 sauces to dip, rib-eye with bourbon peppercorn sauce (delish) and the highlight was the poached vanilla pears with raspberries and vanilla bean ice cream! My mouth is watering just thinking about it. It made the perfect celebration and he even brought a bottle of bubbly for us as a thank you. His assistant Miranda was so friendly and nice. Served us and took care of us the few hours they were here. Highly recommend this Chef for an incredible evening.

Chef Michael gave us an incredible dinner experience that we will never forget! We have 7 courses from appetizer to dessert and each course was incredibly delicious! Our main entrees were even better. Chef Michael cooked a tomahawk steak and seared scallops and they were the absolute best steak and scallops we had ever eaten. My husband and I frequent fine dining restaurants and Chef Michaels 7 course meal far exceeded anything we have experienced in a restaurant and he and his assistant cleaned my kitchen thoroughly. I would highly recommend chef Michael for any occasion. His cooking skills are simply outstanding.

Wow - just wow! If you are considering hiring a personal chef for any reason, chef Michael is definitely the one you want.

His style and expertise in the kitchen is unmatched. All the flavors from the 3 course meal we had were vibrant and delicious. The presentation was superb! His beer pairing choice for the T bone steak was spot on.

He works super hard in the kitchen while cooking and then cleans up with the same fervor. He takes personal requests and dietary restrictions into consideration and is very flexible with ingredients to make sure you are comfortable with your meal.

I highly recommend chef Michael for your event!
