- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on job size we will either be able to give you an over the phone estimate or visit your property to see what work needs to be accomplished in order to give you an estimate. Our person in the office will take down your information and you’ll be added into our database.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I recently completed a job in La crescenta where we repaired a sewer and made a customers day because they Had an event the next day and had two other companies bid at high rates. I was able to make the customer happy and get the job done quick!
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
A customer should be able to answer basic questions about what work needs to be completed. A proper plumber will be able to give you an estimate if the project is small, if it’s a larger project, a plumber should advise you to schedule a technician to get you a proper estimate.
